The room was amazing I loved it It was huge had a vaulted ceilings microwave refrigerator beautiful bathroom huge bed however they are remodeling I suppose so it's a little tricky when you first come in other than that great place

We had a pleasant stay even with the motel having ongoing repairs and upgrades.

Great value! It’s under renovation so there were pallets of supplies in some of the parking spots, but it was actually very clean inside for renovations to be going on. The main lobby had a bodega style area with snacks and drinks available for purchase. The breakfast is served 6am-9am but I never woke up in time for it . The elevator was a little sketchy, but the inspection was up-to-date. The third floor seemed to be fully renovated. Our suite was nice and large with vaulted ceilings, but felt like it could use another chair or suitcase rack. The bed and pillows were comfortable (and did not have feathers ). The AC worked great, which is what I should’ve initially started with since that’s what matters most in Texas… The bathroom was a little cramped. The door would almost hit the toilet when you open it and could use a stopper on the hinge to prevent it from hitting the glass shower door. they provide conditioner and shampoo, but they wouldn’t stick on the holder in the shower so they were just on the small shelf. They also provided lotion and two bars of soap, which I’m assuming one is for the sink and one is for your body in the shower. The entryway was nice with the open concept closet and had drawers and cabinets for storage as well. The microwave fridge and coffee maker were pretty standard, but worked fine. The TV worked fine also. The curtains are decorative only so you just had a silky privacy screen and a thicker canvas like screen but light still came in brightly. There was noise from the highway occasionally. The parking lot is well lit and the glass sliding door at the entryway locks at night so safety was never a concern. Great location, staff was friendly and attentive. Close to lots of stuff for ubering and getting around and in walking distance to QT and Jack in the Box.

So far so good, clean relatively quiet room facing freeway. Service is great, friendly staff and 24 hour coffee in the lobby.

Staff in the evening when i checked in and in the morning when I checked out very personable and friendly. I left my sons tablet in the room and the desk clerk was more than happy to retrieve it for me. Great remodel and excellent customer service

Nice hotel for the price and a good, centralized location to get to places within Dallas, around Pegasus Park, etc. However, the noise level of traffic can be loud and annoying at times. And the homeless like to sit around in the parking lot and get as much free breakfast as possible at the closing time. Like the service people don’t have a job to do, trying to clean up after all of us and shut down the kitchen? Idk how they do it, but I’d give the service 6 stars if I could. Very hospitable to all. The staff is by far the best!!! Tim at the front desk was awesome and really made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. He made our stay even better. We got one of the newly renovated rooms and it was so clean, nicely decorated, and the bed??? We’ve never slept so dang good!!! The room got 4 stars because the bathroom sink was really slow to drain and the faucets turned on high blast without trying which made a mess. Great water pressure though and nice showers! Breakfast was good. Standard waffles, eggs, and sausage. Dry cereal and some ok muffins. Coffee, juice, milk. Due to the location being so close to our business, I anticipate many future stays here and look forward to seeing the hotel once it’s fully renovated too.

Front desk staff were very polite and let us check in earlier than 3 PM, which we really appreciated. The downside is there was only one luggage cart, and one of its wheels didn’t work well, so moving our bags was a bit of a struggle. On the plus side, YouTube works on the TV. The freezer is a little small. Overall, the room is clean, but there’s an odor, and it’s unfortunate that the window can’t be opened. We’ll see how breakfast is tomorrow.

I love this updated hotel very nice and very peaceful and quiet and good place to relax on the weekends they are doing a very good job renovating and but other than that very professional clean nice modern good complimentary breakfast and fitness center and business center and the staff and the manager Jay and Tim and the other staff are very professional polite and nice respectful
